Introduction How to find your way on this e-Learning CD for seminar support click picture below
For the seminar seven areas may be identified:
Seminar Support MaterialWe have placed all our documentation regarding the seminar to you and your Facillitator on this CD. The Facillitator has his/her own CD which contains material un-accessible to you. See the Portal. Several Web-pages explain various aspects of the seminar presentations and linked portals give you access to a wide range of learning resources such as self-tests, PowerPoint slides, study notes, outlines and much more to help you with your studies. Of the greatest importance are two documents: the Study Guide and the PowerPoint Slides. Everything the Seminar Designer wants to communicate to you concerning the seminar is recorded on these pages and slides. Information about the Mentor CentreA few portals with pages linked to them give you all the information you need of the organisation through which this seminar is presented. The credits earned through this seminar is recognised by at least one e-Learning University. You will also be able to look up data for other courses presented by an e-Learning university, the fees and all the programme possibilities that lead to qualifications. Enquire from your preferred university if they will do the same. Academic Support
Several pages were prepared to either give you technical advice or to provide links to a host of Websites on the Internet. If you are now also are doing post-graduate studies and need to write a Dissertation or Thesis, see the Guides prepared for you. Basic SoftwareThe greater part of the CD is filled with Software. Thanks to tremendous co-operation in the form of a gracious gift, we have been able to provide you with all the basics assuming that you work on Windows. The Bible programme called e-Sword is immense and you can install as many components of this programme as you have space for on your hard drive. The other programmes are freeware and you may donate to the authors if you wish. We only selected the most useful programmes. Don't underestimate their value. The Calvary University WebsiteA selection (39 pages) of the Calvary Website has also been placed on this Course CD to serve as an example of what an e-learning university can offer. You as registered student will have the privilege to make use of certain facilities placed on the Website such as a planner and CV generator. These are not on this CD since they are only available on their Website itself. For this you need a CU student number and you must have an operational e-mail address. | ||
